On June 1, 2024, Judith M. Flynn, Shareholder and attorney at Falco and Associates, P.C., was named President of the Board of Directors of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) for 2024-2025. This is significant news for our firm and community.
As President of NAELA, Attorney Flynn will lead the organization in addressing many national elder law challenges, including advocacy and education, to better serve older adults and people with disabilities. NAELA equips its more than 4,000 members with the necessary resources, training, and community-building skills to effectively navigate these complex and ever-changing situations.
