
We are hiring a full-time, 100% onsite Receptionist to keep our fast-paced law firm running flawlessly.

As our receptionist, you will be the physical backbone of our daily operations, ensuring our attorneys and clients have everything they need to succeed in real time. This is a strictly onsite position at our office, with no remote work options available.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Oversee front-desk reception, scheduling meetings for all staff, manage incoming mail/deliveries, and maintain a pristine, fully stocked office environment.
- Administrative Support: Managing firm calendars.
- Facility Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support, building management, and office vendors.
- Client Relations: Greet clients, answer multi-line phones, and route inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- File & Data Management: Maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent; College Degree or equivalent job experience preferred. 2+ years of receptionist or high-level administrative experience (law firm or professional services environment preferred).
- Speed & Adaptability: Proven ability to handle a high-volume workload and pivot quickly as priorities change. Ability to multitask.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a major plus. General understanding of office equipment (facsimile machines, copy machines, scanners).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset. Works well both independently and part of a team.
- Organization: Laser-sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
